Whether you’re traveling for pleasure or business, you can enjoy the beach just a few steps from your suite, relax by the pool, or choose from a wide range of services available upon request.
To ensure greater safety and privacy for our guests, the protective screens are lowered approximately during the times when the beach and outdoor areas are most heavily used:
- Summer season: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m..
- Winter season: from 9:00 a.m. to approximately 4:00 p.m./5:00 p.m..
Hours may vary depending on the season, weather conditions, daylight hours, and the facility’s operational needs.

Equipped Beach
Cagliari’s Poetto Beach is the perfect place to enjoy long days at the beach and relax.
The suites at New Bussola feature direct access to the beach and the shared pool. During the beach service season, guests have access to sun loungers, beach umbrellas, and beach towels, all provided free of charge during their stay.
The beach service is typically available from June 15 to September 15, generally between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m..

Internal Courtyard
The suite entrances open onto a spacious inner courtyard of approximately 700 square meters, featuring green spaces and relaxation areas furnished with sofas and tables.

A peaceful spot to stop, relax, and enjoy the sea breeze just a few steps from your suite.
Turkish bath and cromotherapy
Some suites are equipped with turkish bath and cromotherapy inside the big shower.
On the panoramic terrace above, overlooking the sea, there are three infinity-edge pools with whirlpool jets. Rounding out the experience are three elegant sun decks equipped with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and showers with hot and cold water, designed to let you enjoy moments of complete relaxation.
Access to the infinity pools and the sun decks is available by reservation, including for non-residents, and is not included in the stay unless otherwise specified in the rate or package purchased.
Housekeeping and Turn Down Service
To ensure your comfort and privacy during your stay, New Bussola offers a housekeeping service every other day, which includes cleaning and tidying the suite.
On the days in between, we provide the Turn Down Service, a lighter housekeeping service focused on ensuring the comfort of the room and preparing the suite for the remainder of the guest’s stay.
The two services are therefore alternated throughout the guest’s stay, ensuring regular care of the suite while respecting the guest’s peace and privacy.
Breakfast, minibar, and in-suite amenities
All of our suites are equipped with a microwave and a all-inclusive minibar service so you can enjoy our authentic local delicacies and treat your palate throughout your stay.
New Bussola is a guesthouse and does not have an on-site restaurant serving breakfast.
For guests who wish to start their day with a full, high-quality breakfast, we partner with select restaurants and establishments in the immediate vicinity of the property, where you can enjoy special breakfast options for a fee.
Inside each suite, the minibar is also complimentary and stocked with water, a selection of beverages, and items suitable for a simple Italian breakfast in your room.
Among the available items, for example, you may find milk and cereal, butter and jam, baked goods, and other small breakfast items.
Each suite also features a coffee machine with pods and a kettle, giving guests the freedom to start their day right in their own room. The minibar is restocked as part of the property’s standard service.
The suites are equipped with a microwave oven and all the essential amenities needed during your stay.
Crib and Extra Bed Service
The baby crib for children ages 0–2 and extra bed for children ages 3–12 are available for an additional fee of €80.
