It has been a symbol of comfort and light-heartedness since the 1960s, when some scenes of the film ‘La Calda Vita’ (The Warm Life) by Florestano Vancini, with a young Catherine Spaak, were filmed here.
In recent years it has undergone major restoration work to bring it back to its former glory.
Today, the New Bussola, while maintaining the characteristic features of the original property, has become synonymous with innovation and environmental sustainability.
